All Saints' Day service includes remembrance of departed
Join us Sunday November 5 at 10 am for a service of worship, communion, and special remembrance for those who passed away during the last year. The choir will perform "Souls of the Righteous" by Chicago-area composer Thomas Matthews, with a text from the apocryphal Wisdom of Solomon 3:1-3: "The souls of the righteous are in the hand of God, and no torment will touch them; they seemed to have died, and their departure was thought to be an affliction...but they are at peace."
